PoliTrak is built entirely from public records: sworn qualifying oaths, state ethics disclosures, Sunbiz corporate filings, county property and voter rolls, campaign finance reports, lobbyist registrations, and Village council minutes and agendas. Every fact carries a link back to the filing or page it came from — nothing here is sourced from rumor, anonymous tips, or private data.
Some people appear with a limited profile — name, occupation and city only. That's how private individuals show up when a public record (a contribution, a permit, a court filing) names them but they aren't a candidate, an official, or someone acting in an official capacity. Their home address and other personal details are never published.
